As advertised, it is very easy to set up and I love the functionality of being able to edit stock and price on the fly! Well done!

Could have a little more to it like being able to edit descriptions on the iPhone but its a good app

I tried to use this app several times. It always returns an error. I asked for support twice, but theres no answer at all. Worst money spent in my life.

If this app would print invoices it would be perfect in my opinion. Still 5 stars!

I have tried to use this app for over a year. Never have I been able to get it to log in. Always says wrong credentials. I know I have typed it correctly numerous times. Also tried to copy and paste the legacy Ali setting to no avail. Dont waste your money.

I was nervous when I saw two reviews that were good and two reviews that were really bad. The trick is to follow the instructions that they give. The detailed instructions. Once I did that it worked great. I could see all my info.

Super handy to know when Ive got an order that has come in, the notifications for that give it the 3 of 10. It falls way short in the fact that it has no entry interface, you can see all your orders and change the status... But cant enter a shipping number!?! Some simple entry interfaces would have made this app outstanding, hope they upgrade it later, Bluetooth to my printer to print invoices would be nice too. The old Big Commerce app was better IMO.

It will get a five star when the phone dialing field actually works. The dialog for dialing comes up but it wont complete and dial. Would also be nice to be able to place orders too

I like this app a lot but it will be great if in the next update include date of order (now i cant see the date of the order) and notification tool. Im not receiving notification of new orders. Thanks!

Is not supported iPhone 6 Plus iso 9 The problem can not change order status

I loved that big commerce offered an app. I can handle orders and message my customers right from my phone. The app I had was free and I had it for a while. But recently I got a new phone and couldnt get my app transfer over so I figured I would just simply download it to the new phone from the App Store. but surprisingly it wasnt no longer in the App Store. it seemed this app was now the new app. And now u have to pay for it so eventually I gave in and I did but I wish I hadnt. It seems easy to set up but apparently its not. I am unable to get it to link to my account and the directions are no help. I wish it was easier to use like the other app. U simply log in with ur bigcommerce login info and ur connected. Now to figure out how to get my money back.

Been using it to update product inventory numbers and find customer info. Kudos to the developed for the updates that keep adding new functions.

Update 11/09/15 I would really appreciate a notification setting. Just to say I received a new order from customer etc or even the order #. Hopefully that comes along. :) for now I love the new update. Very nice. I downloaded this app a few months ago. I found out big commerce no longer had their own app so finding any app to work with my website was a blessing. Is the app perfect or ideal? No. But it works for what it needs to. I can see what customers have ordered, wheres its shipping to and its status. Now they added a products tab to be able to view products your website offers. It doesnt do anything more then let you view the products. But Im sure somewhere down the road well get the option in a update to modify products. For now Im happy :) thank you.

None of my orders indicate a value. Would also be nice to be able to get inventory quantities. Otherwise a good improvement.

Worth the small cost, actually a steal for the potential efficiency/usefulness gain. Once setup, its an easy and clean interface to track sales and product/process status. Like it thus far, assume it will only get better.
